In Commander/Officer Applications
Steam Name: Ao Pinyapple Ingame Name: CT 1202 AMB Sam Age: 23 Steam Profile Link: Time in GMod: 632.5 hours Time In Server: [PA] Your total time is 3w 1d 21h 59m Steam ID: 76561198818234943 Battalion/Regiment applying for: 212th Attack Battalion Experience with StarwarsRP: this being the 1st server I played on adn I have (to my feeling) a bit of understanding how it works and such. Knowledge on your battalion: Enough, But I am in the process of learning more and more about it. Do you understand the lore of the battalion: Most of it I do, Like I said I'm still in the process fo learning more and more. Why do you think you should get this position?: Been In the battalion for a while now, seen how it works and how it functions, been close to the previous commander, and got up to the rank of master-sergeant with elligibility to rank up even higher, ontop of that I think I would be a good leader. Are you active on Prestige Alliance?: most of the time yes, with a recently lost streak of 44 days Are you aware if you are inactive for 7 days with no further notice you will be demoted from your position?: Fully aware of that, and understood. Are you aware that you cannot apply if you have issues joining the server?: I don't have any, so that won't be a problem. Do you have a microphone?: Yes. How available are you?: Everyday. What makes you a good commander?: I believe I would be a good commander because I believe I can turn my troopers to the best they can become, showing mutual respect and loyalty, being grateful and showing gratitude, being as much as a leader as a listening ear, empathize with them but also discipline them, and take responsibility for them, I am certainly not the perfect trooper neither will I be the perfect commander, but i have the willingness to learn, and the ability reflect back on actions. What does your battalion do?(MIN. 3 Sentences): Well as the name suggests "212th Attack battalion" we are the spearhead in the face of combat, being one of the main frontline offence as well as the support of other troops, using vehicles to our advantage, and heavy weapons to overpower our enemies quickly. What is the Golden Rule?: Do not harm, Wound, or endanger another brother/trooper, What do you do if you are retreating from direct fire and a trooper is left behind?: Really depending on the situation, A commander is the role model of your troops. If we are being overrun and by attempting to save this trooper we all might die With a sad heart I would have to leave him on the battlefield, But if by any chance there is a way for me to save my trooper I will do everything in my power to get him back to safety, A commander doesnt leave his troops out to die and left rotting like filth, from medical attention to simply dragging him to safety I would do everything in my power to save my trooper. What is your course of action when you are injured in combat? Do you fight those clankers? Or Do you fall back to the medics?: also depends on the situation, If I am disabled to the point where I can't fight back, I will have to rely on medical attention, But even when Injured, you have to show resilience and detemination, and not cower down by a mere wound that is not lethal/mortal, We fight till the end as we are brothers in arms, even in a high position as commander, we do not give over so quickly. What makes you a good commander?: Already answered this, Read above.
