Why do you think you should get this position?: I think that I should be a member of the staff team because I am a nice and friendly person and I am active on the server. I have experience staffing and am confident that I can use it here and further improve my experience. I am a good listener and can ensure a result without bias.

What makes you a good staff member?: For me a good staff member is somebody who listens to both sides and provides a result that is correct and shows no bias. I also think that a friendly face is a great quality as you don't want to seem unapproachable regarding issues todo with rule breaks or other staff members.

What does the staff team do?(MIN. 3 Sentences): The staff team ensures that all of the rules of the server are upheld and not broken by the players. They ensure that everybody is having fun and their experiences aren't being ruined by players who choose to break the rules. The staff team acts professional at all times when representing the server and sticks to the guidelines provided by the server. The staff team deals out the correct punishments and makes sure the server is an all around more enjoyable place to RP.
